Dresden Fortress

From November 30, 2019 Dresden Fortress will be accessible to the disabled via the new elevator on the Bruehl's Teracce as well as via the entrance at Terrassenufer. The exit at Georg-Treu-Platz is equipped with a stairlift, which is operated by trained staff on site. A wheelchair accessible toilet is located in the toilet area at the end of the exhibition.

Bruehl’s Terrace

No steps and accessible by wheelchair users via Hasenberg/Albertinum up to Sekundogenitur. The Hasenberg driveway is inclined 6% and 100 m long. An assisting person is recommended.

Stable Yard

In front of the restaurant Italienisches Dörfchen at Theaterplatz 3, there is parking for people with disabilities. The nearest barrier-free access to the Stable Yard is the right-hand-side entrance under the Georgentor gate. Neither are there any steps or thresholds to access it near the Transport Museum.
